people, your mind would be corrupted, and soon enough you’ll lose zeal and
focus and that will make your challenge to overcome you instead of you
overcoming it

Hide the Vital Issues During Discussion On Challenges
The best way to bring about possible solution of
issues is to have an open discussion with all employees and seek for expert
opinions. You as an employer, you should not hide the vital issues that are
affecting the organization during discussion with your employees or else your
company might fold because of that. There was a proverb that says, “if you did
not say out the disease you are suffering from, you will die from it”, so
better not hide your vital issues during discussions.

Back to Your Roots
It’s easy to lose focus and start doubting your
mission as an entrepreneur. Anytime you feel like you’re discouraged, don’t
give in. Go back to your roots and re-think on why you started the business at
the first place.
Write down your goals and put them on the wall (where
you can be seeing it regular), and meditate on it always.
Soon enough, you’d be energized and more
determined to face any obstacle on your way.

needed to re-position either the products or services or as the way the organization
appears to the public.

Give Up, Keep Trying
Do you think we would have been able to have all
the nice and beautiful things we have today if people like Bill Gates, Steve
Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg had given up their businesses?
I know it’s not easy to be an entrepreneur but,
you must understand that it is not where you are that matters, but where you’re
heading to.
Keep trying even when the going seems tough. Never
you quit! Have the “I Can Do Spirit In”!! You. Never you in your give up!!!
When I was doing local marketing for a drug
company, I don’t like stressing myself by running and walking from street to
street and shouting for people to buy drugs from me. I am always in our company
bus sitting down like a lazy bamboo and others will be walking with legs. After
the end of every day, I will still make sales more than them. Why? Because I don’t
believe in killing myself and call it working hard but i believe in working smart.
If you think that working hard is the secret to
becoming a successful entrepreneur, you’re wrong. If it was, why are Carpenters
and Bricklayers not the richest people in the world today?
